According to him, the country is in full and on time is calculated in foreign currency debt, without prejudice to the international reserve assets. On repayment of principal is sent to the national budget surplus, which for the first 9 months amounted to Br16,4 trillion, or 2.6% of GDP.

Andrei Kobyakov said that Belarus has fulfilled all the commitments of the budget for social payments for state support of real sector of economy. However, according to the results of January-September the growth has not occurred. "GDP is lower than last year by 3.7% in 9 months, 3.9% - for 10 months. Industrial production last three months stand at 92.9%. That is, the industry does not fall, but do not grow" - said the head of the Belarusian government.

According to the Prime Minister, the largest decline of production allowed to the Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Architecture, "Bellegprom", "Bellesbumprom", "Belgospischeprom."
