"From the Council of Ministers is required to take prompt and systematic measures to enhance the bottlenecks in economic development, without disturbing the balance of the economy. The main task of the government and the National Bank in the conditions of instability and high volatility in the world markets was and is to ensure macroeconomic stability and the preservation of the necessary level of social protection of the population ", - said Andrei Kobyakov.

According to him, the country is in full and on time is calculated in foreign currency debt, without prejudice to the international reserve assets. On repayment of principal is sent to the national budget surplus, which for the first 9 months amounted to Br16,4 trillion, or 2.6% of GDP.

"The foreign exchange market is stable, the net sales of foreign currency by population and economic entities from the beginning of the year - almost $ 350 million. Balanced foreign trade. Andrei Kobyakov said that Belarus has fulfilled all the commitments of the budget for social payments for state support of real sector of economy. However, according to the results of January-September the growth has not occurred. "GDP is lower than last year by 3.7% in 9 months, 3.9% - for 10 months. Industrial production last three months stand at 92.9%. That is, the industry does not fall, but do not grow" - said the head of the Belarusian government.

According to the Prime Minister, the largest decline of production allowed to the Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Architecture, "Bellegprom", "Bellesbumprom", "Belgospischeprom." "It is not provided with the declared parameters of agribusiness development. All regions of the parameters produced GRP did not reach the level of last year. The biggest backlog has developed in Minsk and Vitebsk region", - he stated.
