One-on-one meeting with Dmitry Medvedev

Belarusian Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov and his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev held a one-on-one meeting in Gomel in the run-up to the session of the Belarus-Russia Union State Council of Ministers.

The two PMs visited the National Scientific and Practical Center for Medical Radiology and Human Ecology in Gomel on 8 December. This is one of the most advanced medical centers in Belarus, Andrei Kobyakov remarked. The Belarusian PM offered to consider the ways Russia can take more advantage of the center’s capacities. There is the potential for cooperation in this area, Andrei Kobyakov believes. In turn, Dmitry Medvedev reaffirmed Russia’s interest in interaction.
