| The Government of Belarus has endorsed a concept of the Union State program Development of an Integrated System of Space Technology Standardization as part of the Union State Programs and Projects (Standardization program) for 2011-2014. The decision is contained in Council of Ministers’ Resolution No 1227. |

| Belarus plans to construct 34 energy facilities with the help of Chinese loans, according to Council of Ministers’ resolution No 1210 of 18 August 2010. |
|
| A list of the most important foreign investment projects envisaged for the implementation in Belarus in 2010 has been widened, according to Council of Ministers’ Resolution No 1184 “On addenda and amendments to Council of Ministers’ Resolution No 169 of 10 February 2010”. |

| The commission for the Customs Union and the single economic space has been set up in Belarus. It was approved by Council of Ministers’ Resolution No.1075 of 19 July. |

| Belarusian four sugar producers have been named white sugar exporters. These are the Gorodeya, Zhabinka, Slutsk and Skidel sugar refineries. The decision is envisaged in Resolution No 568 of the Council of Ministers of Belarus. |

| Negotiations with an investor willing to sign an investment contract with Belarus should be held within three days when the investor applies to a national government agency, other state organization accountable to the government, an oblast executive committee (Minsk City Hall). The decision was laid down by the Council of Ministers’ resolution No 538 “Processing of investor’s applications in Belarus” of 9 April 2010. |
