Belarus would like to be Venezuela’s key trading partner

Belarus would like to become a key trading partner for Venezuela, Viktor Sheiman, a special aide to the President of Belarus on special matters, co-chairman of the joint Belarusian-Venezuelan high level commission, noted during his meeting with Rafael Ramirez, Minister of Energy and Petroleum of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, in Minsk on 2 July.

Belarus and Turkmenistan plan to ink an agreement on cooperation in education, BelTA learnt from Vladimir Shapurov, Head of the Foreign Relations Department of the Education Ministry, as he commented on the Council of Ministers’ resolution No. 770 of June 11.
Minsk to host Power engineering. Ecology. Energy-saving. Electro exhibition in October
The international specialized exhibition Power engineering. Ecology. Energy-saving. Electro 2009 will be held in Minsk on October 13-16. The relevant Directive has been signed by Belarusian Premier Sergei Sidorsky.

An interagency coordination council for protecting the Belarusian territory from virus penetration and spreading will be set up in Belarus. The decision contains in Resolution No 640 of the Council of Ministers.
Belarusian Oil Company to use general licence to export petroleum products
Belarusian Oil Company (BelOil) will export petroleum products using general licences. The move is stipulated by the Council of Ministers’ Resolution No 474, BelOil Director General Vladimir Zubkov said.
