The State Committee for Property plans the performance of the following works in the years 2007-2010:
- Creating the Cadastre of Real Estate Objects for the purpose of simplification of the tax system of the Republic of Belarus;
- Creating the Register of Addresses of the State Land Cadastre of the Republic of Belarus;
- Improvement and Modernization of the State Geodetic Network.
The works to be performed are coordinated within the framework of the programme of step-by-step development of the system of state registration of the real estate, rights to the latter and bargains with the latter for the years 2003-2008 approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No.600 dated May 7, 2003 “On the Approval of the Programme of step-by-step development of the system of state registration of the real estate, rights to the latter and bargains with the latter for the years 2003-2008” (National Register of Legal Acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No.53, 5/12415).
