The Government gave the Austrian company Kapsch TrafficCom the guarantees to pay for the expenses on the first two phases of the development of the Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) system in Belarus, reads Resolution No. 401 of the Council of Ministers of 2 May 2012.
With Resolution No.387 of 26 April 2012 the Council of Ministers approved a new per capita minimum wage. In May NMW will amount to Br743,020, up 5.1% from its level in February-April 2012 (Br706,880).
Belorusneft will contribute $500,000 to the authorized capital of the Service Oil company. Relevant Resolution No. 373 of the Council of Ministers of Belarus was issued on 19 April 2012.
Yakov Kenigsberg has been appointed representative of the Belarusian government in the United Nations Scientific Committee on the Effects of Atomic Radiation (UNSCEAR), according to Council of Ministers Resolution No.337 of 13 April 2012.
